Leadership Resources assists owners and leaders of organizations to prepare in advance of future leadership transitions. These changes are usually a result of the owner’s desire to pass on the leadership responsibility to the next generation, non-family member or an event initiated by a key merger/acquisition. The key to a successful change is to uncover and resolve any of the critical issues that the organization will most likely face ahead of a key transition.
Before any significant change, it’s also important that the primary cornerstones for business success continue to be enriched. Nurturing the culture of the organization while adhering to its mission/vision/values. Refining the company’s market promise and achieving its key operational/financial goals. Leadership Resources grew out of my passion for leading and successfully transitioning closely held and investor-owned companies. My experiences include recruiting and developing leaders, coaching leadership teams, manufacturing/supply chain operations, implementing sales/marketing strategies and mergers/acquisition implementation. I also have a board member perspective as I have served several organizations in this capacity over the past 25 years.
